Ab sofort, Vollzeit oder alternativ auch in Teilzeit, unbefristet, vorwiegend in unserem zentralen Münchner Büro

Was gibt es zu tun?

Als Teil unseres Teams gehört die eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung nach entsprechender Einarbeitung zu Deinen Aufgaben
Du betreust und berätst unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte in lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Du stellst die Prüfung sowie Umsetzung von abrechnungsrelevanten Sachverhalten unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Bestimmungen sicher
Du arbeitest beim Melde-, Berichts- und Bescheinigungswesen mit
Die Pflege der Lohnkonten, Personalakten und Stammdaten gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben
In Deiner Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie den Behörden zusammen (z.B. Finanzamt, Ausländerbehörde, Arbeitsagentur, Krankenkassen)
Du unterstützt bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
Darüber hinaus wirkst Du an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Gehaltsprozessen mit

Was bringst du mit?

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (w/m/d)
Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in allen Bereichen der Entgeltabrechnung, dem Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Lohn und Gehalt
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ergänzt durch gute Englischkenntnisse
Hohe Eigenmotivation und -verantwortlichkeit gepaart mit Teamgeist

(JUNIOR) PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT (f/m/d)

Immediately, full time or alternatively part-time, unlimited contract, mainly in our central Munich office

Your mission

As part of our team, your tasks will include the independent execution of the monthly payroll accounting after appropriate training
You will support and advise our employees and managers on payroll tax and social security issues.
You will ensure that payroll-relevant issues are checked and implemented, taking into account legal and company regulations.
You cooperate in the registration, reporting and certification process
The maintenance of payroll accounts, personnel files and master data is part of your tasks
In your role, you will work closely with financial accounting and the authorities (e.g. tax office, immigration office, employment agency, health insurance companies)
You will assist with payroll tax and social security audits
In addition, you will be involved in the further development and optimization of salary processes

Your profile

A successfully completed apprenticeship as an assistant tax consultant (f/m/d)
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in all areas of payroll accounting, payroll tax and social security law
Confident handling of DATEV wage and salary accounting
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong understanding of numbers as well as a structured and reliable way of working
Fluent written and spoken German, supplemented by a good command of English
High level of self-motivation and responsibility coupled with team spirit
