Jederzeit, unbefristet, unter der Woche öfter bei unseren Kunden, am Freitag typischerweise in unseren Büros in München, Köln oder Hamburg

Was gibt es zu tun?

Du begleitest und leitest unsere Beratungsprojekte im Bereich M&A Advisory, hauptsächlich für unsere Private Equity Kunden
Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung von Teams, die Buy-Side Advisory für Small- und Mid-Cap Private Equity-Fonds (typischerweise Commercial und/oder Operational Due Diligences) oder Sell-Side Mandate durchführen
In deiner Rolle führst du Projektteams aus Beratern und Experten, daneben bist du auch für die Entwicklung unserer Analysten und jungen Berater zuständig

Was bringst du mit?

Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer namhaften Universität
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer anderen Unternehmensberatung oder einer Private-Equity-Gesellschaft mit Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Commercial und/oder Operational Due Diligence und M&A Advisory (Buy- und Sell-Side)
Umfangreiche Projekterfahrung mit entsprechender inhaltlicher Breite aus den Themenfeldern der aufgeführten Tätigkeiten
Du hast ein bestehendes Netzwerk in der DACH Private-Equity-Branche
Du hast hervorragende analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch und vielleicht dazu noch eine weitere Fremdsprache
Und was deine Chancen bei uns weiter erhöht: neben deiner analytischen und systematischen Denk- und Arbeitsweise hast du auch ein entsprechendes Gespür für Situationen und Menschen

(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER M&A ADVISORY
(f/m/d)

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

You accompany and lead our consulting projects in the M&A Advisory topic, mainly for our Private Equity customers
You are responsible for leading teams carrying out buy-side advisory for small- and mid-cap Private Equity fonds (typically Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligences) or sell-side mandates
In your role you will lead project teams of consultants and experts, besides you will be responsible for the development of our analysts and young consultants

Your profile

A completed master’s degree from a well-known university
A minimum of 5 years professional experience with another management consultancy or Private Equity company with track-record in the areas Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligence and M&A Advisory (buy- and sell-side)
Extensive project experience with a corresponding breadth of content from the subject areas of the listed activities
You have an established network in the DACH Private Equity industry
You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills
You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language
