Was gibt es zu tun?

Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Partner:innen sowie Consultants und sorgst für eine reibungslose Projektbesetzung
Im Staffing planst und koordinierst du den optimalen Einsatz unserer internen und externen Ressourcen und stehst dabei im engen Austausch mit allen Entscheidungsträger:innen
Dabei berücksichtigst du sowohl Kundenanforderungen als auch individuelle Stärken, Interessen und Entwicklungspfade unserer Mitarbeitenden
Darüber hinaus bringst du die Entwicklung unseres Freelancer Netzwerks sowohl operativ als auch strategisch voran und entwickelst unsere Prozesse zur Zusammenarbeit mit externen Expert:innen zur Schließung inhaltlicher und kapazitativer Lücken weiter

Was bringst du mit?

Du verfügst über einen Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss, z.B. in BWL oder Psychologie – wichtiger als dein konkretes Studienfach ist uns allerdings deine berufliche Vorerfahrung und dass du menschlich zu uns passt
Du bringst mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Staffing und Ressource Management mit, optimalerweise aus der Management Beratung
Du bist mit dem dynamischen Projektumfeld vertraut, kennst das allgemeine Projektgeschäft und die damit verbundenen HR-Prozesse
Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Freelancern sowie die Pflege von Talent Pools ist ein Plus
Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und Kompetenzen
Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, bei der du auch bei parallel laufenden Anfragen den Überblick behältst, zeichnet dich aus
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Staffing & Ressource Manager

At any time, full-time, permanent contract, in our Munich Office

Your mission

You will be the central point of contact between our partners and consultants, ensuring smooth project staffing
In staffing, you will plan and coordinate the optimal deployment of our internal and external ressources, maintaining close communication with all decision-makers
You will consider both client requirements and the individual strengths, interests, and development paths of our employees
Additionally, you will drive the development of our freelancer network both operationally and strategically, and further develop our collaboration processes with external experts to address content-related and capacity gaps

Your profile

You have a university degree, e.g., in Business Administration or Psychology – however, more important than your specific field of study is your professional experience and whether you are a good personal fit for us
You have at least 4 years of experience in staffing and ressource management, ideally within management consulting
You are familiar with a dynamic project environment and understand general project work and related HR processes
Initial experience working with freelancers and maintaining talent pools is a plus
You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense for people and competencies
You are known for your structured approach to work and your ability to maintain an overview even with multiple parallel requests
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
