CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

Ab Oktober, unbefristet, in Vollzeit, in unserem Münchner Büro

Was gibt es zu tun?

Du verantwortest die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung unserer Content-Marketing-Maßnahmen – von der Idee bis zur Veröffentlichung und stellst dabei stets unsere Markenkonsistenz sicher (Corporate Identity, Tonalität)
Du bist für die Entwicklung und Steuerung der Inhalte auf unserer Website (WordPress), Social Media (LinkedIn), sowie unseres Newsletters (HubSpot) zuständig
Du übernimmst die Redaktionsplanung, erstellst Briefings und koordinierst Abstimmungen mit internen Stakeholdern
Du steuerst Projekte eigenverantwortlich und sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse und termingerechte Umsetzung
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partner:innen zusammen
Du analysierst die Performance unserer Inhalte und leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab

Was bringst du mit?

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem Marketing- oder Agenturumfeld – gerne mit Erfahrung in der Arbeit für Professional Services Firmen
Erfahrung im Social Media Marketing, insbesondere mit LinkedIn
Sicherer Umgang mit Redaktionsplanung, Content-Formaten, Briefings und Abstimmungen
Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und Freude an Teamarbeit
Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER

Starting Oktober, permanent, full-time, in our Munich office

Your mission

You are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing our content marketing activities from concept to publication, while ensuring consistent brand communication (corporate identity, tone of voice)
You manage the development and delivery of content for our website (WordPress), social media channels (LinkedIn) and newsletter (HubSpot)
You take ownership of editorial planning, create briefings and coordinate alignment with internal stakeholders
You independently manage projects, ensuring smooth processes and on-time delivery
You collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners
You analyze the performance of our content and derive measures for continuous optimization

Your profile

A successfully completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable background
2-4 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a marketing or agency environment, preferably with experience in working for professional services firms
Experience in social media marketing, particularly with LinkedIn
Confident handling of editorial planning, content formats, briefings, and stakeholder coordination
Strong organizational skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
