Was gibt es zu tun?

Du bist Teil unserer Kundenprojekte im Bereich digitale Transformation, Prozessoptimierung und Data-driven Consulting
Du analysierst Prozesse (z. B. Procurement, Accounts Payable, Order Management, Inventory Management) mit Hilfe von Process-Mining- und BI-Technologien (z. B. Celonis, MPMX, Power BI, SQL)
Du leitest Workshops, strukturierst Projektergebnisse und entwickelst innovative Lösungsansätze
Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale, erstellst Business Cases und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung digitaler Strategien
Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen – aus Business, IT und Data

Was bringst du mit?

Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in digitalen Transformationsprojekten
Gute Kenntnisse in Prozessanalyse, BI- oder Automatisierungstools
Spaß daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu strukturieren und in datenbasierte Lösungen zu übersetzen
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

AI-DRIVEN PROCESS WHISPERER (CONSULTANT GRADE) (m/w/d)
Anytime, fulltime, at our Hive in Munich or at our Oldenburg location

Your mission

You’ll be part of our client projects in digital transformation, process optimization, and data-driven consulting
You’ll analyze processes (e.g., Procurement, Accounts Payable, Order Management, Inventory Management) using Process Mining and BI technologies (e.g., Celonis, MPMX, Power BI, SQL)
You’ll lead workshops, structure project results, and develop innovative solutions
You’ll identify optimization potential, build business cases, and support the implementation of digital strategies
You’ll work closely with interdisciplinary teams – across Business, IT, and Data

Your profile

A completed Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a comparable field
At least 2 years of experience in management consulting or digital transformation projects
Good knowledge of process analysis, BI, or automation tools
Enjoyment in structuring complex interrelations and translating them into data-based solutions
Strong communication skills in both German and English
