Your mission
- Project management and implementation: You are part of the project teams at our international and national clients and manage digitalisation and tech projects with a clear focus on results and implementation.
AI and automation projects: You support clients in the conception, integration and implementation of AI and automation solutions and identify meaningful use cases along existing processes.
Analysis and solution development: You analyse client requirements in a structured way and independently develop solution approaches and reliable recommendations for action. This includes analyses of digital use cases, for example in the areas of market, IT architecture, processes or risks.
Workshops and stakeholder management: You design and moderate workshops – especially on digital topics and AI adoption – and work closely with clients, development teams and other stakeholders.
Digital solutions and tool selection: You support the development of digital solutions and tools – from requirements analysis through to the implementation of new features – and evaluate software solutions in terms of functionality, integration capability and ROI.
Business development and project support: You support the creation of project documents, pitches and proposals and accompany client projects from proposal preparation through to successful completion.
Your profile
- A completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a business or digital focus
- Experience in consulting or project environments, in digitalisation, IT-related topics, AI workshops
- Strong understanding of structured analyses as well as confident work with different stakeholders
- Recognizable experience with AI -Tools as well as process automation
- In addition you have a strong interest in engaging with new AI and automation topics and independently learning to use new tools
- Enjoyment of communicating content clearly – in writing in presentations as well as verbally in workshops and client meetings
- You are fluent in German and English
