• You will support cross-functional post merger integration and transformation projects
• You will independently take responsibility for operational work packages, from coordinating with internal functions to implementing concrete integration measures
• Part of your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating and tracking project measures, workshops and management meetings
• You will be responsible for further developing methods, templates and playbooks for M&A and PMI
• From the operations' perspective, you will support the creation of management presentations, decision papers and communication materials
• Conducting market, company and competitor analyses, as well as preparing data and independently developing KPI dashboards, reports and management analyses round off your tasks
• You will drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases to automate research, analysis and project management processes, and support strategic special projects of the H&Z Group

• You have completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• You have gained initial practical experience in consulting, corporate development, M&A, venture capital, a start-up or project management
• You combine a structured and solution-oriented working style with very strong analytical skills and a high degree of pragmatism
• You enjoy taking responsibility, driving topics forward independently and switching between strategy, analysis and operational implementation
• You have a strong affinity for AI, automation and digital tools such as n8n or Power Automate
• You are confident working with PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
