Position
Would you like to work directly with the COO and the Head of M&A and Integration of the H&Z Group, supporting the design of future-ready organizational structures, the development of a platform organization, and strategic initiatives? At the same time, do you enjoy independently taking on a wide range of tasks, from analytical questions to operational implementation?
Your mission
- You will support strategic organizational, growth, and transformation projects of the H&Z Group, from analyzing and developing strategic target pictures to concrete implementation
- Translating strategic questions into operating models, organizational structures, roles, governance, and clear responsibilities, and supporting their implementation will be part of your responsibilities
- In your capacity you will contribute to the development and further evolution of our platform organization and help shape the interaction between shared capabilities, services, and business units
- You will support the further development of our sales and go-to-market approaches, from market and customer analyses to pipeline and performance transparency, through to the implementation of concrete sales initiatives
- Independently, you will take ownership of strategic and operational work packages and drive topics from concept to implementation together with relevant stakeholders
- Part of your role will be the support of M&A processes and strategic growth initiatives, from market and target analyses to the preparation of decision documents just as much as the support during due diligence and integration processes
- You will prepare management decisions, steer transformation measures, and develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure progress and business impact
- An additional responsibility is the development of methods, templates, and playbooks for strategy execution, sales, organizational design, and transformation
- You will identify and implement AI use cases for research, analyses, sales, and project management, and support strategic special projects of the H&Z Group
Your profile
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- You have gained initial practical experience in consulting, corporate development, a start-up or project management
- You combine a structured and solution-oriented working style with very strong analytical skills and a high degree of pragmatism
- You enjoy taking responsibility, driving topics forward independently and switching between strategy, analysis and operational implementation
- You have a strong affinity for AI, automation and digital tools such as n8n or Power Automate
- You are confident working with PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good German and English skills complete your profile
