Your mission
- As a Senior Consultant, you shape change, get to the heart of processes and contribute to sustainable improvements at the client
- You are part of the project teams on-site at our national and international clients, taking independent ownership of project modules in the field of Operational Excellence, particularly in manufacturing industries (e.g. mechanical and plant engineering, automotive)
- You analyse value chains and business processes to identify efficiency potential
- Building on this, you develop tailored improvement concepts applying Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or similar methodologies
- You support the development of long-term client relationships and build a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and challenges in the operations environment
- You work closely with project managers as well as internal and external stakeholders
- You are eager to look beyond your immediate scope and contribute to subject-matter topics in adjacent areas e.g. in Strategy, Supply Chain Management or Procurement
- You help sharpen our profile as a leading consultancy for operations topics, particularly in key industries such as Automotive, Industrial Goods and Defence & Aviation
Your profile
- A completed master's degree from a reputable university
- At least 3 years of professional or consulting experience at a management consultancy or in an operations environment at an industrial company
- Initial experience in taking independent ownership of project modules in the field of Operations across various industries
- A solid understanding of operations processes as well as an interest in Lean methodologies, production optimisation and digitalisation
- Industry knowledge ideally in Automotive, Industrial Goods or Defence & Aviation
- You are fluent in German and English and perhaps an additional language
