Jederzeit, unbefristet, unter der Woche öfter bei unseren Kunden, am Freitag typischerweise in unseren Büros in München, Köln oder Hamburg

Was gibt es zu tun?

Du leitest eigenverantwortlich große und komplexe Projekte im Bereich Performance Improvement bei unseren nationalen und internationalen Kunden – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
Dort arbeitest du an der Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmens- und Geschäftsausrichtung sowie Rentabilitäts- und Performanceverbesserung im Rahmen von ganzheitlichen Transformations- und Corporate Programmen.
Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle in der Akquise neuer Projekte, inklusive Angebotsentwicklung und Pitch-Management
In deiner Rolle bist du auch für die Entwicklung unserer Consultants auf den Projekten zuständig und führst dein jeweiliges Team, bestehend aus Consultants und Experts

Was bringst du mit?

Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer namhaften Universität oder noch besser: einen MBA oder Promotion
Mind. 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer anderen Managementberatung oder in einem internationalen, marktführenden Unternehmen als (Senior) Projektleiter oder in Führungs- und Projektverantwortung
Umfangreiche Projekterfahrung mit entsprechender inhaltlicher Breite aus den Themenfeldern Geschäftsausrichtung, Performance Improvement, Rentabilitätsverbesserung, Restrukturierung sowie der Leitung von Corporate Programms
Hervorragende analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, Englisch und vielleicht dazu noch eine weitere Fremdsprache

(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

You will independently manage large and complex performance improvement projects for our national and international clients - from conception to implementation
You will work on the further development of corporate and business alignment as well as profitability and performance improvement as part of holistic transformation and corporate programmes.
You will play an active role in the acquisition of new projects, including proposal development and pitch management
In your role, you are also responsible for the development of our consultants on the projects and lead your respective team, consisting of consultants and experts

Your profile

A Master's degree from a reputable university or even better: an MBA or doctorate
At least 6 years of professional experience at another management consultancy or in an international, market-leading company as a (senior) project manager or with management and project responsibility
Extensive project experience with a corresponding breadth of content in the areas of business alignment, performance improvement, profitability improvement, restructuring and the management of corporate programmes
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
You are fluent in German, English and perhaps another foreign language
