Praktikant Human Resource Management (w/m/d) 

ab sofort, mind. 3 Monate, in unserem Münchner Büro - Vollzeit 
Was gibt es zu tun?
  • Du bist vollwertiges Team-Mitglied und verantwortest eigene Teilbereiche und spannende Projekte, die Du selbstständig vorantreibst
  • Du unterstützt uns in vielen Bereichen des HR-Managements und lernst den gesamten Employee Life Cycle kennen – vom Recruiting, über das Onboarding und die Personalentwicklung sowie die Mitarbeiterbindung
  • Dabei organisierst und führst Du z.B. Bewerbungsgespräche, entwickelst Ideen zur Steigerung unserer Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und arbeitest mit Tools wie Personio und Leapsome
  • Außerdem erlebst Du eine einzigartige Kultur in unserem innovativen und familiären Umfeld 
Was bringst du mit?
  • Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ein anderes wirtschaftsbezogenes Fach im Master oder bist am Ende deines Bachelors - optimalerweise mit Schwerpunkt HR
  • Du hast bereits erste einschlägige Erfahrungen in anderen Praktika im Bereich Human Resources gesammelt (in bspw. Recruiting, Employer Branding, Personalentwicklung etc.)
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Projekte und HR-Themen aktiv und eigenständig voranzutreiben, mitzugestalten und Dich einzubringen

Do you want to get to know strategic and operational HR topics in a management consultancy and play an active role in developing them? You enjoy taking on responsibility and like to work independently and in a structured manner? Are you a real team player and do you want to ​get hands-on?

Intern Human Resource Management (f/m/d) 
immediately, at least 3 months, in our Munich office - full-time
Your mission
  • You are a valued team member and are responsible for your own subareas and exciting projects, which you drive forward independently. 
  • You will support us in many areas of HR management and get to know the entire employee life cycle - from recruiting, onboarding and personnel development to employee retention.
  • You will for example organize and conduct interviews, develop ideas to increase employee satisfaction and work with tools such as Personio and Leapsome. 
  • You will also experience a unique culture in our innovative and family environment 
Your profile
  • You are studying business administration, business psychology or another business-related subject in your master's degree or are at the end of your bachelor's degree - ideally with a focus on HR
  • You have already gained some relevant experience in other internships in the field of human resources (e.g. recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, etc.)
  • You enjoy driving pojects and HR topics forward actively and independent, helping to shape them and getting involved
  • You are fluent in German, what further increases your chances with us: very good knowledge of English (and possibly other foreign languages) and the ability to critically reflect on your own results
