Your mission
- You’ll be a full-fledged team member and will primarily support us in recruiting—from active sourcing and candidate screening to coordinating and facilitating interviews
- You’ll assist with employer branding, university partnerships, and job postings, and contribute your own ideas
- You’ll work with our HR tools, such as Personio and Kantata, and handle operational and administrative HR tasks
- You’ll quickly be given your own areas of responsibility and will manage them independently and reliably
- You’ll also experience a unique culture in our innovative and family-like environment
Your profile
- You are studying business administration, business psychology, or a related field, ideally with a focus on HR
- You have already gained some practical experience in the HR field, particularly in recruiting, active sourcing, or employer branding
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and can maintain a clear overview even when juggling multiple tasks
- You enjoy interacting with people, communicate confidently, and are eager to actively contribute and take on responsibility
